Epic certification in supporting application preferred.

Responsibilities

In-depth knowledge of Epic System software and tailor the system to organizational needs.
Design, build, test, and maintain Epic solutions; provide tier-2 support and 24/7 on-call coverage as required.
Analyze workflows and data; perform incident resolution, maintenance items, and enhancement requests.
Develop requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced functionality.
Ensure test scripts reflect workflows and update Epic records, tables, and master files.
