Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in the United States seeks a skilled EPIC Configuration Analyst (Optime/Anesthesia) for a full-time remote role with some in-office requirement for Albuquerque-area staff. The position includes design, build, testing and maintenance of Epic solutions, plus tier-2 incident support and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years IT or business experience.
3 years of Epic specific experience. 6 years' additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
Epic certified in supporting application plus additional proficiency/certifications in related areas.

Responsibilities

Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and technical issues with Epic software.
Provide tier-2 support of application incidents with 24/7 on-call coverage as required.
Develop and maintain requirements, specifications and test cases for new or enhanced functionality.
Modify Epic records, tables, and master files to support design and changes.
Implement changes using approved procedures and maintain cross-team collaboration.

Education

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years IT or business experience
