Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of IT or business experience.
• 2 years of Epic-specific experience; 6 years can substitute for the degree.
• Epic certified in supporting application; related area badges encouraged.
• Grand Central AND Prelude Certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 support for incidents, including 24/7 on-call as needed.
• Analyze incidents, maintenance items, upgrades, and projects with teammates.
• Develop requirements and test cases; maintain test scripts and workflows.
• Modify Epic records and master files to support design changes.
• Lead meetings; document notes and follow-ups; promote teamwork.
