Job summary

Smith Arnold Partners seeks a Sr Epic MyChart Application Analyst for remote work in the EST region. You will own digital initiatives around Self-Service scheduling for Primary and Specialty Care, translating workflows into system design and leading cross-functional delivery.

The role requires Epic/MyChart expertise, strong analytical and project-management skills, and a background in healthcare IT. This is a senior, fully remote position with collaborations across internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Epic or other web-based applications.
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing or contributing to full project lifecycles.
Background in healthcare IT or related environment.
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

Own and drive full project lifecycle (scope, timeline, KPIs, delivery).
Translate operational workflows into system design and application configuration.
Design and optimize digital journeys using workflow and journey-mapping tools.
Lead analysis and problem-solving for complex technical and business challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external vendors.
Support system build, testing (unit, integration), and implementation.
Develop documentation, policies, and system design artifacts.
Engage clinical and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
Build strong internal and external relationships to deliver project success.
Support ongoing system improvements and occasional after-hours needs.
