Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery for large-scale accounts across engineering, product and legal.
• Direct complex Pure implementations and migrations during change windows.
• Serve as primary incident and escalation manager for high-severity issues.
• Lead executive reviews and roadmaps aligning customer priorities with innovation.
• Mentor junior Service Account Managers and develop internal training.
