Job summary

Pure Storage, Inc. is seeking a founding Senior Project Manager within our Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team to design and scale a high-impact, high-touch customer program for our top enterprise accounts.

You will bridge executive vision with field execution, guiding cross-functional teams to craft scalable customer journeys and translate insights into growth opportunities. You will lead multi-stakeholder initiatives, establish operating rhythms, and deliver executive-ready insights,

Qualifications

Structure ambiguous, complex business challenges and deliver structured outcomes.
Build consensus across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Synthesize data from multiple sources to inform decision-making.
Leverage AI-augmented workflows to improve day-to-day productivity and operations.

Responsibilities

Define program milestones, operating frameworks, and governance to scale a flagship initiative.
Orchestrate cross-functional execution and resolve blockers across stakeholders.
Create executive-ready scorecards, memos, and strategic recommendations.
Monitor onboarding, adoption health, and customer satisfaction for top accounts.
Lead change management and productivity improvements across teams.
