Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States seeks a Sr. Solutions Engineer - Enterprise to collaborate with account teams, assess customer data center environments, and design tailored infrastructure solutions that meet business goals and budget.

This remote role requires NYC area residence to support business needs; you will build relationships with OEMs, train sales and customers, manage the solution pipeline, and lead technical demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in a similar Solutions Engineer role or pre-sales.
• Travel to SHI, partner and customer events possible.
• Advanced certification in core technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with account teams and assess customer environments.
• Design, present, and refine tailored infrastructure solutions.
• Own the pre-sales lifecycle: design, validation, and customer demos.
• Build strategic OEM/partner relationships to enhance offerings.
• Advise IT leaders on technology strategy and modernization.
• Lead technical enablement for sales teams and customers.
• Grow the solution pipeline with qualified opportunities.
• Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and collaborate with delivery teams.
