Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Engineer - Enterprise to collaborate with account teams, assess customer data center environments, and design tailored infrastructure solutions that meet business objectives.

You will build technical relationships with OEMs, train sales teams and customers, and manage the solution practice pipeline across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, and Services spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex Data Center sales opportunities.
• Ability to design data center infrastructures that include hybrid cloud, hyper converged, SDDC, IaaS/PaaS, automation, containerization.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and software-defined data centers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer data center environments and infrastructure technologies.
• Design and propose tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with customers' business objectives.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs and strategic partners; stay updated on product information.
• Provide product training and technical education to the sales team and customers.
• Act as a trusted IT advisor for customers, partnering with Field Account Executives.
• Develop strategies for top prospects and manage the solution practice pipeline.
