The role owns the pre-sales lifecycle, builds strong relationships with OEMs and technology partners, and mentors junior engineers while driving technical enablement for sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Willingness to travel to events and customer sites.
• Advanced certifications in relevant technologies are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with account teams to assess customer environments and identify infrastructure needs.
• Design, present, and refine tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with customer goals and budgets.
• Own the technical pre-sales lifecycle, including solution design, validation, and customer presentations.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs and technology partners to enhance offerings.
• Act as trusted advisor to IT leadership and guide modernization and strategy.
• Lead technical enablement and training for sales teams to improve technical selling.
• Drive pipeline growth by qualifying and advancing opportunities with account teams.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and workshops.
