You will lead discovery sessions, develop tailored proposals, and collaborate across sales, product, delivery, and legal teams to ensure successful adoption and revenue

Qualifications

• 7+ years of solution consulting, pre‑sales, or related customer‑facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification desirable.
• Experience using AI tools (Copilot) to improve analysis and outcomes.
• Exposure to workforce planning or organizational transformation is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex enterprise buying environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with executives to understand objectives, challenges, and success criteria.
• Develop and present tailored solution proposals that articulate value and differentiate offerings.
• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success to ensure readiness and adoption.
