Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, Strategic Accounts to lead regional growth across Americas enterprise accounts.

You will align digital workflows with enterprise mandates, driving multi-million dollar opportunities and strategic contract expansions. In this role, you will establish executive relationships, run discovery sessions, and partner with global account directors to scale commercial pipelines.

Qualifications

Proven track record in enterprise business development, strategic account expansion, or complex solution sales within AECO, construction tech, or industrial software sectors.
Demonstrated success navigating matrixed enterprise organizations and building alignment with regional executives.
Strong capability in discovery workshops, ROI business case development, and quantifying addressable opportunity.

Responsibilities

Spearhead regional whitespace audits across Americas to uncover under-penetrated units and major capital projects.
Establish trusted relationships with regional executive leaders and align digital workflows with enterprise mandates.
Lead discovery sessions and division workshops to identify bottlenecks and quantify addressable business value.
Accelerate pipelines by qualifying multi-million dollar opportunities and piloting programs tied to capital cycles.
Synchronize regional milestones with global account management strategies to scale enterprise contracts.
