Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts, Americas, to lead multi-disciplinary pods and drive transformative SaaS and hardware solutions across enterprise accounts in the Americas.

You will partner with C-suite executives, shape new GTM strategies, and build trusted relationships while guiding teams through complex enterprise deals. This role offers remote work across the Americas and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible sales leadership and strategic enterprise account management in enterprise SaaS or complex software.
• Experience establishing, managing, and optimizing multi-disciplinary Account Team Pod models in a matrixed enterprise.
• Proven track record executing modern Go-To-Market strategies, driving multi-product adoption, and sustaining revenue growth.
• Exceptional executive presence, negotiation abilities, and communications with extensive C-suite relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the Americas Strategic Accounts team to exceed revenue targets.
• Orchestrate cross-functional Account Team Pods to align marketing, sales, customer success, and solution engineering.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across AECO.
• Champion SaaS, AI integrations, and digital transformation to expand Trimble's footprint in enterprise accounts.
• Foster collaboration across Trimble business units to deliver end-to-end technology solutions.
