Janea Systems in the United States is seeking an exceptionally talented Business Development Representative to join our consulting team. You’ll turn warm replies into high-quality meetings for our sales group, focusing on meaningful connections with Fortune 500 and enterprise executives.

You’ll act as the human-in-the-loop for our AI-driven lead nurturing engine, refining messaging and collaborating with GTM engineers to align campaigns.

Formación

• 2+ years in a BDR/SDR/outbound sales role in a custom software engineering business.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives and decision-makers at Fortune-500-caliber companies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, tailoring messaging for C-level audiences.
• Foundational understanding of AI tools and workflows for lead nurturing systems.
• Experience with CRM (Pipedrive or similar) and marketing automation workflows.
• Comfortable using research and insights to craft personalised messaging.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools, enrichment platforms, or prompt engineering concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nurturing & engagement.
• Manage senior-level conversations with executives from Fortune 500 and enterprise companies in the USA.
• Take ownership of warm leads once they reply, guiding them to meeting setup.
• Write personalized follow-ups based on research insights to build credibility and trust.
• Collaboration with Sales & GTM Teams.
• Partner with GTM Engineers to align messaging with campaign strategy and ICP pain points.
• Provide structured feedback on lead quality and campaign outcomes to improve targeting.
• Hand off qualified meetings to Sales Executives for deal closing.
• Human-in-the-Loop AI: Fine-tune AI-generated outputs and adjust messaging for tone and context.
• Suggest new ideas to advance the AI engine; balance automation with human judgment.
• CRM & Workflow Management: log interactions and manage leads in systems.
