Job summary

Janea Systems (USA) seeks an exceptional Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing consulting team. You’ll build meaningful connections with senior decision-makers at Fortune-500-caliber companies and craft personalized messages that resonate, acting as the human in the loop of our AI-driven lead nurturing engine.

Location is Fully Remote with European residence mandatory. You’ll nurture warm leads, hand them to Sales Executives for closing, and collaborate with GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role in custom software engineering.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives at Fortune-500 caliber companies.
• Tailor messaging for C-level audiences with written and verbal skills.
• Foundational understanding of AI tools and workflows for lead nurturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead nurturing & engagement with senior-level executives in the USA and enterprise clients.
• Take ownership of warm leads and guide them to meeting setup.
• Write personalized follow-ups based on research insights.
• Collaborate with Sales & GTM teams to align messaging with campaign strategy.
• Act as the human-in-the-loop for our AI-driven lead nurturing engine and refine outputs.
