Job summary

Lumen is seeking an experienced Large Enterprise Sales professional to identify and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will present product solutions, manage forecasts, and drive revenue growth across multiple enterprise accounts.

The role requires extensive outside-office sales activity, with travel as needed, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a dynamic, AI‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry sales experience.
• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
• Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
• Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
• Proficient in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
• Identifies, bids on, negotiates, and closes new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the company's entire product suite and may have deeper knowledge on a subset of products/services.
• Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified opportunities to meet quotas.
• Provides input to sales management about trends and future actions to improve position with customers.
• Builds and grows the sales pipeline.
