Relativity is hiring a Senior Account Executive to manage a concentrated portfolio of the company’s largest law firm accounts. You will own retention, revenue growth, and long-term relationship health, engaging C-level executives and partners as Relativity’s trusted advisor on legal-tech and AI trends.

You will lead negotiations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive strategic expansions while representing Relativity at industry events and in executive meetings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales for large, complex enterprise software accounts.
• Two or more years of experience selling SaaS, cloud, and/or enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience negotiating multi-year contracts with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Proven technical acumen and ability to discuss data, databases, and AI/LLM technology.
• Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with senior executives beyond day-to-day contacts.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of Relativity's largest, most complex law firm accounts with retention and revenue growth responsibility.
• Lead negotiations and commercial strategy for major renewals and expansions with senior stakeholders.
• Influence top law firm partners, GCs, and innovation/AI leads to position Relativity as a strategic partner.
• Coordinate cross-functional account teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Represent Relativity in executive meetings, industry events, and long-term account planning.
• Mentor other Account Executives and contribute to strategic initiatives beyond individual books of business.
