Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking an Account Director Senior Large Enterprise to drive growth across major accounts. You will translate customer priorities into measurable outcomes using Lumen’s network, cloud, security, and orchestration portfolio.

This role requires strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex buying environments. You will own account strategy from acquisition through expansion, negotiate terms, mobilize resources, and deliver measurable business

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise sales experience in large accounts.
Proven ability to close complex deals with multimillion-dollar value.
Experience acquiring and expanding large or global enterprise accounts.
Demonstrated authority in structuring product, service, pricing terms.
Technical fluency to guide credible discovery and decisions.
Experience planning account strategy across teams and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Own and execute a self-directed strategy for a portfolio of large, global accounts.
Develop business cases showing value, ROI, and implementation needs.
Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close and renewal.
Mobilize cross-functional resources across sales, delivery, and partners.
Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and next steps with discipline.
