Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing one or more engineering teams.
• 4+ years of experience building highly scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
• Ability to scope projects with targeted dates to meet business needs.
• Strong communication across engineers, leaders, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with Agile software delivery and SCRUM practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical expertise within your engineering vertical.
• Build and lead one or more teams to deliver software while adhering to engineering best practices.
• Manage, coach, and develop engineers across mobile and backend platforms.
• Clarify requirements, negotiate priorities, and manage projects to deliver on time.
• Collaborate with product and design to align roadmaps with executives and stakeholders.
• Drive team execution with KPIs, data-driven transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Advocate AI-assisted engineering workflows, tooling, testing support, and developer enablement.
• Provide updates to executives on KPIs and status.
• Help recruit and onboard diverse engineers.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders to actionable roadmaps.
• Remain technically engaged in architecture and engineering quality practices.
