Qualifications

• 3+ years managing one or more engineering teams.
• 4+ years building highly scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
• Able to deconstruct architectures for multiple teams.
• Able to scope a project with targeted dates to meet business needs.
• Able to communicate complex technical subjects to diverse audiences.
• Familiar with Agile software delivery and SCRUM methodology.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical expertise within your engineering vertical.
• Build and lead one or more teams to deliver software while adhering to engineering best practices.
• Manage, coach, and develop engineers working across mobile and backend platforms.
• Clarify technical requirements, negotiate priorities, and manage projects to deliver on time by leading daily scrum activities.
• Work closely with product and design partners to create an ambitious, yet achievable roadmap that can be communicated to executives and stakeholders.
• Drive reliable and predictable team execution by setting clear objectives, using data and KPIs to drive transparency, and champion continuous improvement.
