Fanatics is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to grow and scale engineering teams delivering high-quality software for customer-facing products and internal platforms, including the Fanatics App. You will lead one or more teams, partner with product and design to roadmap, and drive reliable execution with data and KPIs while championing continuous improvement.

The role requires 3+ years of team management and 4+ years building scalable systems, with strong communication and Agile/SCRUM
