Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow engineering teams delivering customer-facing products and internal platforms. This remote role partners with product and design to set ambitious roadmaps and ensure high-quality software delivery across mobile and backend systems.

You will recruit, coach, and develop engineers, drive engineering best practices, and use data-driven KPIs to improve execution. Occasional travel to Fanatics offices may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing one or more engineering teams.
• 4+ years of experience building highly scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
• Ability to deconstruct architectures and coordinate across teams.
• Strong communication of complex tech to varied audiences.
• Familiar with Agile software delivery and SCRUM.
