Qualifications
- 5+ years engineering leadership experience managing multiple teams and product areas.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise software in cloud-native environments.
- Experience leading remote-first and globally distributed teams.
- Knowledge of SOC2 and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering teams delivering scalable, secure software products.
- Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD adoption and test automation.
- Collaborate with Product, Design and Architecture to deliver roadmaps.
- Ensure alignment with business outcomes and measure KPIs.
- Build a high-performance, accountable culture including hiring and coaching.
- Oversee platform modernization and technical debt reduction.
- Manage offshore teams and ensure delivery alignment.
