Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams and set the technical direction for scalable software in a remote-first environment.

You will guide cross-functional partners—product, design, and architecture—and drive modern practices like DevOps, cloud-native architectures, and agile methodologies to deliver high-impact solutions across globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing multiple teams and product areas.
• Proven experience leading teams in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with remote-first and globally distributed teams.
• Track record of delivering enterprise-grade software in regulated environments (SOC2, HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering scalable, secure software products.
• Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Architecture to define roadmaps with speed and quality.
• Ensure teams align with business outcomes and measure success with KPIs.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent and foster high accountability.
