One Call is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple distributed teams in delivering scalable, secure software aligned with our strategic goals.

You will set technical direction, drive execution, and foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement across product areas.

This remote role supports globally distributed teams and emphasizes DevOps, cloud-native architectures, and Agile delivery to maximize customer impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership; multi-team and multi-product experience.
• Experience leading teams in cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with remote-first and globally distributed teams.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise software in regulated environments (SOC2, HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering scalable software.
• Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD adoption and test automation.
• Partner with Product, Design, Architecture to roadmaps and delivery.
• Ensure alignment with business outcomes and measure KPIs.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent and culture.
• Manage offshore teams and ensure delivery standards.
• Own operational health including uptime and incident response.
• Drive platform modernization and technical debt reduction.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve cross-functional challenges.
