Job summary

One Call seeks an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams delivering scalable and secure software across distributed environments. You will set technical direction, drive execution, and foster innovation and ownership while aligning with product roadmaps and business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of engineering leadership experience with multiple teams and product areas.
Experience leading teams in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with remote-first and globally distributed teams.
Track record delivering enterprise-grade software in regulated environments (SOC2, HIPAA).

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software products.
Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
Partner with Product, Design, and Architecture to define and deliver on roadmaps with speed and quality.
Ensure teams are aligned with business outcomes and measure success via KPIs.
Build a high-talent, high-accountability culture, including hiring, coaching, and career development.
Champion engineering excellence through code quality, observability, and continuous improvement.
Manage offshore teams, ensuring alignment with standards and delivery expectations.
Own the operational health of applications including uptime, incident response, and HIPAA/SOC2 compliance.
Drive platform modernization, reduce technical debt, and push automation.
Collaborate across teams to resolve cross-functional challenges and deliver integrated solutions.
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning.
