Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of engineering leadership experience managing multiple teams and product areas.
Experience leading teams in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with remote-first and globally distributed teams.
Track record delivering enterprise-grade software in regulated environments (SOC2, HIPAA).

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering teams delivering scalable, secure software products.
Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
Partner with Product, Design, and Architecture to define roadmaps.
Ensure teams align with business outcomes and measure KPIs.
Build a high-talent, high-accountability culture; manage hiring and development.
Champion engineering excellence through code quality and observability.
Manage offshore teams and ensure alignment with standards.
Own operational health of applications including uptime and incidents.
Drive platform modernization, debt reduction, and automation initiatives.
Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated solutions.
