Michaels Energy is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of utility energy efficiency programs in New England. This role offers significant autonomy to shape program strategy, own financial and operational performance, and build strong utility client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience leading complex programs.
• Strong financial budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
