Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience leading complex programs or portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes.
• Excellent client/stakeholder relationship skills with executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Own portfolio financial and operational performance including revenue, budgets, forecasts.
• Develop program strategies, budgets, and scopes of work aligned to client goals.
• Identify risks and opportunities for portfolio growth and renewal.
• Serve as primary client relationship manager with strategic partnerships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, outreach, marketing, and operations.
• Improve delivery processes for high-quality program implementation.
