Job summary

SitusAMC seeks an experienced Endpoint Management professional to oversee timely delivery of standardized equipment to end users and manage global deployments, including OS updates and security patches.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational stability, plan budgets, and collaborate with vendors. The role emphasizes leadership, advanced hardware knowledge, and strong communication across regions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent.
• 6+ years in Endpoint Management or related field.
• 6+ years industry experience; 1+ years in a Senior Associate level or external equivalent.
• CompTIA Network+ and A+ certifications are a plus; Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of hardware including desktops, laptops, and end-user network configurations.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012+; Windows OS; Active Directory; O365; File shares.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational stability and meet business needs across endpoints.
• Build relationships with user groups and managers for coordination.
• Resolve IT issues by analyzing and directing actions.
• Market to and train the user community on new products and processes.
• Maintain KPI reporting for endpoint management and patch life-cycle.
