Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management professional to oversee global deployments, hardware standards, and lifecycle management across end-user devices. You will lead initiatives, train user communities, and ensure reliable operation of endpoints while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets and reporting, with a base salary range highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6+ years in endpoint management or related field.
• Experience with VDI, AD, O365, Windows OS and file shares.
• Strong communication, documentation and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational stability of applications and meet business needs.
• Build relationships with user groups and coordinate across departments.
• Resovle IT issues by analyzing and directing resources efficiently.
• Provide training on new products and processes for endpoint users.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, imaging, policies and software packaging.
• Plan global deployments, patching, OS updates and group policy changes.
• Monitor KPIs for endpoints and lifecycle management.
• Maintain vendor relationships and lead on technical projects.
