Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management leader to oversee global deployments, imaging, policy, and software packaging for end users. You will manage vendors, coordinate OS updates, patching, and KPI reporting while partnering with IT operations to improve service levels.

Candidates should have 6+ years in endpoint management, strong AD/O365/Windows skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role.
• 6 year of experience in Endpoint Management or related field.
• Certifications (CompTIA Network+/A+, Microsoft) are a plus.
• Knowledge of AD, O365, Windows OS, and hardware management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of endpoint hardware and software provisioning.
• Lead regional/global deployments, imaging, and policy updates.
• Manage vendor relationships and budget for endpoint operations.
• Provide KPI reporting on patching and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with IT operations to maintain service levels and incident resolution.
