Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Leader based in the United States to oversee timely delivery of standardized equipment to end users and manage endpoint provisioning, deployments, and ITIL processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational stability and drive improvements across global hardware standards and software deployment.

Applicants should have 6+ years in Endpoint Management, AD/O365/Windows expertise, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of industry experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
• 6 year of experience in Endpoint Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with user groups to ensure operational stability and application needs.
• Develop relationships with key user and operation groups to resolve business issues.
• Resolve IT problems by analyzing issues and reallocating resources as necessary.
• Market to and train the user community on new Endpoint Services.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with regards to reliability and functionality of our supported computers.
• Generate and monitor appropriate management reporting tools.
• Evaluate and select hardware standards, including global laptops.
• Negotiate bulk hardware purchases with manufacturers and resellers.
• Manage the endpoint provisioning process, including imaging, policies, and software packaging.
• Plan and execute global deployments, including security patching and OS updates.
• Lead technical projects with budget and vendor management.
• Forecast systems needs for endpoint management operations.
• Assess requirements, plan, implement, monitor, and report on KPIs for endpoints.
• Oversee all requests, incidents and problems related to Endpoint Management.
• Participate in root cause analysis of widespread issues.
• Escalate issues to upper management and participate in remediation planning.
• Provide KPI data and trends to upper management weekly and monthly.
• Communicate outage/emergency activities to the organization.
• Manage vendor relationships for daily operational needs.
• Improve SLAs for Endpoint Management and set expectations.
• Post-resolution follow ups with end users and teams.
• Alert management to trends in incidents and ITIL processes.
• Handle confidential data; improve technical/management skills.
• Review and revise SOPs and FAQs as needed.
