Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced professional to oversee endpoint management, equipment provisioning, and global deployments. You will ensure operational stability, manage budgets, and drive improvements across Windows OS and AD-based environments.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and technical leadership to coordinate with user groups, vendors, and IT teams while maintaining security and patching standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of industry or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role.
• 6 years of experience in Endpoint Management or related field.
• Familiar with Windows server OS 2012 and above.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of standardized equipment to end users, internal or contracted.
• Build relationships with user groups to ensure operational stability and meet practical needs.
• Resolve information services problems by analyzing issues and directing action.
• Plan and execute global deployments including OS updates and software deployment.
• Forecast system needs and monitor KPIs for endpoint management performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and budget for endpoint provisioning and deployments.
