Qualifications

• Bold written and verbal communication abilities are essential for stakeholder alignment.
• Extensive experience with endpoint management including AD, O365, VDI and Windows environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong documentation, planning, and reporting capabilities are required.
• Experience planning deployments, patching, and security across global endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of endpoint services and ensure operational stability.
• Lead global deployments including imaging, policy, and software packaging.
• Plan and manage hardware standards and vendor relationships for devices.
• Monitor KPIs, reporting, and incident management for endpoints.
• Coordinate with ITIL processes and drive continuous improvement.
