Job summary

SitusAMC, based in Salem, OR, seeks an experienced Endpoint Management professional to lead global deployments, patching, and lifecycle management of endpoint devices.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, coordinate with vendors, monitor KPIs, and ensure security and reliability while delivering projects on schedule. This role emphasizes technical leadership and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of industry/relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role.
• 6 years of experience in Endpoint Management or related field.
• Knowledge of hardware and end-user devices; extensive experience with VDI, AD, O365, Windows OS and File shares.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with user groups to ensure operational stability and that applications meet practical needs.
• Builds relationships with key user and operation groups to identify and resolve business issues; coordinate across departments.
• Resolve information services problems by analyzing issues and directing actions.
• Market to and train the user community on new products, services, features, and processes as they apply to Endpoint Services.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction regarding reliability and functionality of supported computers.
• Plan and execute global deployments including security patches, OS updates, software deployment, and group policy changes.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, imaging, policies, and software packaging; coordinate vendor relationships.
