Job summary
Committee for Children is seeking a Senior Product Manager of Edtech Innovation to drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution across education technology initiatives. You will partner with leadership to translate needs into scalable products, lead market research, prototypes, and agile delivery, and collaborate across research, design, engineering, and GTM teams.
Remote role with broad US eligibility; strong preference for candidates with K-12 market insight and experience managing 0–1
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, preferably EdTech or youth-focused.
- Proven track record launching 0–1 products at scale with revenue impact.
- Experience using AI tools in product development or research.
- Hands-on agile/Scrum or Kanban with backlog management.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and translate needs into a scalable product vision and roadmap.
- Represent product at governance meetings and secure board confidence.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in education tech.
- Lead prototyping, testing, and rapid iterations from concept to launch.
- Own backlog, write epics/stories, and guide sprint planning and delivery.
- Collaborate with researchers, designers, engineers, and go-to-market teams.
- Manage product budget and measure impact against outcomes.
