Committee for Children is seeking a Senior Product Manager of Edtech Innovation to lead product strategy, vision, and execution in a remote-capable role. You will collaborate with leadership to define scalable product roadmaps, translate educator and district needs into realized products, and own governance and budgeting for innovative initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech or youth-focused industries.
• Proven track record leading 0–1 product development and launching new products that achieved scale and revenue targets.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for product development, user research, or personalization.
• Hands-on experience with agile/Scrum or Kanban practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
• Experience managing or influencing cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of K-12 education markets, especially district and school purchasing dynamics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Own product backlog and roadmap; drive stage-gate decisions and prioritization.
