Job summary

Committee for Children in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager of Edtech Innovation to lead a new product line for the K–12 U.S. education market, from concept to launch, with disciplined agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

You will translate market insights into a scalable product vision, own the roadmap, work with researchers, UX, engineering, and GTM teams, and guide prototypes, testing, and business cases to achieve impact and revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in EdTech or youth-focused industries.
  • Proven track record launching 0–1 products reaching scale and revenue targets.
  • Experience using AI tools for product development, user research, or personalization.
  • Hands-on experience with agile/Scrum or Kanban using Jira/Confluence.
  • Experience leading or influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of K–12 education markets and district purchasing dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Travel is typically quarterly, may be more frequent for research and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
  • Translate needs from students, educators, and districts into product vision.
  • Lead agile delivery, backlog, epics, and sprint planning.
  • Collaborate with researchers, designers, engineers, and GTM teams.
  • Present business cases and evidence to leadership and the board.
  • Monitor performance and iterate based on feedback and learning outcomes.
  • Manage budget and resources for product innovation.
