Committee for Children is seeking a Senior Product Manager of Edtech Innovation to drive product strategy, roadmap, and cross‑functional execution in a remote work setting within the United States. You will lead 0–1 development efforts, leverage AI for research and personalization, and partner with researchers, designers, and engineering to deliver impactful educational products.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech or youth-focused industries.
• Proven track record leading 0–1 product development and launching new products that achieved scale and revenue targets.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for product development, user research, or personalization.
• Hands‑on experience with agile/Scrum or Kanban practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience managing or influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of K‑12 education markets, especially district and school purchasing dynamics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate on product strategy and portfolio expansion aligned with mission.
• Translate educator and learner needs into a scalable product vision.
• Own product backlog and prioritize for stage-gate decisions.
• Lead design and development of prototypes and rapid iterations.
• Execute agile delivery with clear epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Represent product in governance meetings and cross-functional planning.
• Manage budget and monitor performance against outcomes.
