Job summary

Committee for Children is seeking a Senior Product Manager of Edtech Innovation to drive product strategy, vision, and agile delivery. You will own the roadmap, collaborate with leadership, and guide 0–1 development from concept to launch while aligning educational impact with revenue goals.

You will work with researchers, UX, engineering, and GTM teams, manage the budget, and ensure delivery while advancing the company's mission to improve child well-being through essential skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in EdTech or youth-focused industries.
• Proven track record leading 0–1 product development and launching new products that achieved scale and revenue targets.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for product development, user research, or personalization.
• Hands‑on experience with agile/Scrum or Kanban practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
• Experience managing or influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of K‑12 education markets, especially district and school purchasing dynamics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy and vision in collaboration with leadership.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with mission and revenue goals.
• Lead 0–1 product development from concept to launch with rapid prototyping and testing.
• Oversee agile delivery, writing epics and stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with researchers, instructional designers, UX, engineering, and GTM teams.
• Manage budget for product innovation and monitor performance against learning outcomes.
