Committee for Children in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager of Edtech Innovation to lead a new product line for the K-12 U.S. education market, guiding strategy from concept to launch and running agile delivery.

You’ll work with the VP, Product and cross-functional teams, translating market insights into scalable solutions for students, educators, and schools, and manage governance, research, and prototyping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in EdTech or youth-focused industries.
• Proven track record leading 0–1 product development and launching new products that achieved scale and revenue targets.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for product development, user research, or personalization.
• Hands-on experience with agile/Scrum or Kanban practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience managing or influencing cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of K-12 education markets, especially district and school purchasing dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of portfolio-expanding new products aligned with diversification strategy.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog prioritization with final go/no-go accountability.
• Represent the product at board meetings and progress reviews with business cases and evidence.
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Lead prototype design and development, with testing strategies to validate concepts.
• Own and refine the product backlog in Jira/Confluence; facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with researchers, instructional designers, UX, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Manage the budget for product innovation and monitor performance.
