Job summary

Committee for Children in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager of Edtech Innovation to lead a new product line for the K-12 U.S. education market, translating insights into scalable solutions and driving disciplined agile delivery from concept to launch.

You will collaborate with the VP, Product and cross-functional teams to build strategy, own the roadmap, and secure resources while delivering impact for students, educators, and schools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in EdTech or youth-focused industries.
• Proven track record leading 0-1 product development and launches that scale.
• Experience using AI tools for product development or research.
• Proficient with agile/Scrum or Kanban practices and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and drive execution from concept to launch for a new Edtech product line.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog, with governance and senior stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with VP, Product and cross-functional teams to translate needs into a scalable vision.
• Lead agile delivery, write clear epics/stories, and mentor teams toward steady delivery.
• Represent product in governance meetings and drive evidence-based decisions.
