Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in EdTech or youth-focused industries.
  • Proven track record launching 0–1 products that achieved scale and revenue targets.
  • Experience using AI tools for product development, user research, or personalization.
  • Hands-on experience with agile practices and backlog management using Jira/Confluence.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of K-12 education markets and district purchasing dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Lead governance, board reporting, and milestones.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead 0–1 product development from concept to launch with rapid iteration.
  • Own backlog, write epics/stories, and facilitate agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with researchers, instructional designers, UX, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Manage budget and monitor product performance.
