Job summary

IST Management is seeking a senior Legal Solutions Consultant to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of e-Discovery projects from start to finish, while selling e-Discovery services and earning commissions. This is a full-time, remote role that rewards senior PM experience and performance.

You will draw on extensive Relativity expertise and a strong client network to bring in project work in your first months, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones and risk, and

Qualifications

• Senior level experience with Relativity.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with past and present clients to source e-Discovery work.
• Ability and willingness to bring in net new business and participate in sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist e-Discovery sales executives by attending meetings and/or phone conferences with clients.
• Guide team processes, ensuring consistency, transparency and optimization, including milestone reviews; meeting management and team management.
• Define, measure, and report key performance indicators for each project and evaluate outcomes at completion.
• Build, manage, and execute end-to-end work plans for e-Discovery projects, including budget/resource control, scheduling, and regular progress reporting to senior management.
• Perform risk management with critical path analysis, risk assessment, scenario creation, and bottleneck identification.
• Manage technical specifications for new customer products and provide enhancements for existing platforms.
