Job summary

IST Management is seeking a senior Legal Solutions Consultant (LSC) to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of e-Discovery projects from start to finish, while also selling e-Discovery services and earning commissions. This full-time remote role leverages your Relativity expertise and your network to bring in project work you own.

You’ll work with a Relativity-centric backlog and have the latitude to grow the business with a strong client network and strategic project leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience with Relativity.
• Law firm experience preferred.
• Ability and desire to bring in net new e-Discovery work.
• Strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist e-Discovery sales executives by attending meetings with clients.
• Guide team processes, ensuring transparency and milestone reviews; meeting management and team management.
• Define, measure, and report key performance indicators, including specific objectives per project to be evaluated upon completion.
• Build, manage, and execute detailed end-to-end work plans for e-Discovery projects, including budget and resource control, scheduling and regular progress reporting to senior management.
• Perform risk management including critical path, risk assessment, scenario creation and analysis; identify gaps, bottlenecks or delays, and challenge assumptions.
• Manage technical specifications for new customer products and provide enhancements for existing platforms.
