Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Project Manager for a fully remote role serving California clients and teams.

You will guide eDiscovery programs across the EDRM lifecycle, manage RelativityOne workspaces, coordinate with vendors, and train attorneys and staff on litigation technology.

The role emphasizes strategic data management, review optimization, and proactive risk management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting eDiscovery workflows in a law firm, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery vendor.
• Strong expertise in RelativityOne, including workspace administration and production workflows.
• Deep understanding of defensible eDiscovery practices and the EDRM lifecycle.
• Experience with data reduction methodologies, analytics tools, and TAR.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted review technologies is desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills for legal and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary eDiscovery resource for case teams, guiding defensible workflows across the EDRM lifecycle.
• Manage RelativityOne workspaces, including permissions, layouts, views, and configurations.
• Develop data reduction and review optimization strategies using analytics, TAR, and AI tools.
• Coordinate with litigation support and technical teams for data processing, loading, review setup, and productions.
• Monitor timelines, provide status updates, and mitigate risks.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and production logs.
• Collaborate with vendors on collections, OCR, trial support, and related services.
• Troubleshoot Relativity issues and coordinate resolutions with teams.
• Train attorneys, paralegals, and clients on Relativity and related tech.
• Evaluate new litigation technologies to improve efficiency.
