Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks a Sr. Project Manager, eDiscovery Cyber Services, to lead CIR data workstreams from data assessment through reporting. You will partner with Cybersecurity, clients, and providers to ensure defensible, efficient use of technology and deliver value across matters.

The role emphasizes budget stewardship, complex data handling, and cross‑functional leadership in a remote, US‑based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in eDiscovery, litigation support or related consulting; leadership in cyber incident response.
• Ability to manage complex matters with large data volumes and explain technical issues to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, Power Pivot/DAX).
• 3+ years Relativity experience with analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead eDiscovery and data analysis strategies for complex CIR matters.
• Serve as senior eDiscovery/CIR advisor and primary point of contact.
• Design and validate defensible data reduction and data identification methodologies.
• Coordinate with forensic providers, clients, and vendors on data transfer and workflows.
• Develop matter budgets, forecasts, and customized reporting; monitor costs.
