Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Sr. Project Analyst, eDiscovery Cyber Services to support cyber incident response, data breach and sensitive data matters.

You will coordinate project workstreams, track timelines and deliverables, and apply technical skills in data management and validation to keep projects on schedule and defensible. You will work closely with Project Managers, case teams and vendors, using Excel, SQL, Python and related tools, with remote work and occasional office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal technology, cyber incident response, data analytics or a related field.
• Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data including spreadsheets, file listings, processing reports and exception logs.
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power Query, SQL, Python, PowerShell or similar tooling preferred.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery workflows, evidence handling and chain of custody procedures.
• Experience with Relativity or another review platform including searches, batching or sampling and exports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned cyber incident response and data breach workstreams, tracking tasks and deliverables against the project plan.
• Serve as daily point of contact for case teams, clients and vendors on assigned workstreams.
• Maintain matter documentation, workflow notes and handoff materials reflecting status and decisions.
• Prepare status updates, metrics and reports for Project Managers and clients.
• Monitor scope, data volumes, hours and vendor activity to flag schedule or budget impacts.
• Ensure data intake, transfer, tracking, preservation and chain of custody procedures are followed.
