Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, eDiscovery Cyber Services to lead CIR data workstreams from assessment through reporting. You will partner with Cybersecurity, clients, forensic and review teams to manage scope, cost and delivery using technology-enabled workflows.

The role demands extensive data analysis, defensible data reduction, and senior advisory capabilities with a focus on complex matters and large data volumes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of progressively responsible eDiscovery, litigation support or related consulting experience.
• Experience leading matters involving cyber incidents, data breaches or sensitive data review.
• Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query and Power Pivot/DAX.
• Minimum of three years of Relativity experience with analytics and reporting.
• Experience with MS SQL, Access or Oracle; scripting in Python, PowerShell or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead eDiscovery and data analysis strategies for complex CIR matters, including file listing analysis, data assessment, sensitive data identification, clinical reduction, extraction, normalization and notification.
• Serve as senior advisor and primary point of contact for assigned matters with stakeholders.
• Design and document defensible data reduction methodologies and analytics workflows.
• Coordinate with forensic providers, clients, and vendors on data transfer, budgets and timelines.
• Develop and manage matter budgets, forecasts and reporting; monitor costs and variances.
• Oversee extraction, normalization, entity resolution and notification lists; analyze anomalies and duplicates.
