Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Sr. Project Analyst for eDiscovery Cyber Services.

The role coordinates cyber incident response, data breach matters and sensitive data workflows, working with project managers and senior staff to keep workstreams on schedule and within scope. The candidate will use Excel, Power Query and scripting tools to manage data, validate outputs and maintain defensible processes, while communicating with case teams, clients and vendors in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support or related field.
• Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data incl. spreadsheets and processing reports.
• Strong Excel; exposure to Power Query, SQL, Python, PowerShell preferred.
• Knowledge of eDiscovery workflows, chain of custody and validation procedures.
• Familiarity with PII/PHI/PCI data elements.
• Experience with Relativity or similar review platform.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks, track deadlines and elevate risks as needed.
• Familiarity with project management practices such as trackers and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cyber incident response, data breach and sensitive data workstreams.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for case teams, clients and vendors.
• Maintain trackers, matter docs and handoff materials reflecting status and decisions.
• Prepare status updates, metrics and validation summaries for PMs and clients.
• Help monitor scope, data volumes, hours and vendor activity; flag risks early.
• Follow data intake, transfer, preservation and chain of custody procedures.
• Analyze and reconcile project data using Excel, Power Query, SQL, Python or similar tools.
• Support review workflows including workspace setup, searches, exports and QC.
